Millwood Kitchens provides kitchen design, supply and installation services across Northern Ireland. You can contact us at info@millwoodkitchens.uk.
When you submit an estimate request, contact form or booking enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, town or area, kitchen dimensions, budget range, project notes and any files you choose to upload.
If you book a paid design visit, payment and scheduling details may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe and Calendly once those services are connected.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare estimates, arrange design visits, provide quotes, manage orders and keep records of customer communication.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing lists.
Form submissions may be processed through Formspree or direct email. Payments may be processed by Stripe. Scheduling may be processed by Calendly. Each provider has its own privacy and security practices.
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to manage your request and reasonable business records. If you become a customer, order records may be kept for accounting, warranty and service purposes.
You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Email info@millwoodkitchens.uk and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
