Darren arrives at your home at the agreed time with a laptop running ArtiCAD — the same professional kitchen design software used by kitchen studios. He takes precise measurements of your kitchen space and talks through everything: the layout you want, door style, colours, handles, worktop, appliances.
Then your kitchen is designed live, in front of you. You can see it build on screen in real time. Don't like something? It changes on the spot. The visit typically takes 2–3 hours.
At the end of the visit you receive a full itemised quote and your kitchen plans — printed and emailed. No obligation to proceed. No chasing. No waiting.
The £150 visit fee is fully deducted from your deposit if you decide to go ahead.

We order your kitchen through our manufacturing partner P&A Contracts, an established Northern Ireland manufacturer. EGGER carcasses, Blum soft-close hardware, and doors manufactured to your exact specification.
Lead time is typically 4–6 weeks from order confirmation to installation, depending on your specification.
Our installation team arrives on the agreed date and fits your kitchen to the highest standard.
We handle everything — unit assembly, door hanging, worktop templating and fitting, sink connection and appliance integration.
On completion, you pay the remaining balance and enjoy your new kitchen. That's it.

Is the £150 design visit fee really refundable?
Yes — fully. If you go ahead with your kitchen order, the £150 is deducted from your deposit. It only costs you anything if you decide not to proceed.
How long does a design visit take?
Typically 2–3 hours depending on the size and complexity of your kitchen.
Do you supply and install, or just supply?
Both. We handle the full process — design, supply and professional installation. You don't need to find or manage a separate fitter.
Can I change the design after the visit?
Yes. Minor changes are free. If the design changes significantly, a second visit may be required.
